Girls: Backpacks, Hair bows, Hats, Jewelry, Purses, Socks, Tights, Undergarments, Room Decor.

Furniture, Car Seats, Highchairs, Feeding, Bathing, Parenting Books, Diaper Bags, etc.

FALL SALE SPECIFICS:

1. This is the time of year to sell COLD weather clothing, boots, costumes & coats!

2. We do not accept any sleeveless shirts or shorts at this sale. Please save these items for the spring sale.

3. The fall is the perfect time to sell costumes & coats, so clean out those closets!!

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

> Clothing must be clean & in good condition without stains, holes or                        

missing buttons. 

> All clothing items should be hung below with the hanger facing left                              

and the tag pinned to the right side. 

> Smaller shoes should be placed in a zip top bag with the tag securely taped to the bag. Larger shoes should be pinned or zip tied together with a tag securely fastened to the shoe.

> Toys must have all pieces and be sealed to avoid lost parts.  Loose pieces or accessories should be placed in zip top bags and attached securely to the toy using clear packing tape. We only accept stuffed animals that are battery operated, animated or educational.

> We gladly accept baby furniture and equipment that is in good condition and is NOT under any recall. Cribs must be manufactured after June 2012. Please check that your items are not under recall before bringing them to us. wemakeitsafer.com is a great resource for this.

> Car seats have an expiration date on them. Please check yours to make sure it will not expire for at least one year from the sale date. We will not accept any car seats that are out of this guideline.

SUPER IMPORTANT!

ITEM ENTRY & TAGGING

• We use an online system for entering & printing tags for your items (sorry, no hand printed tags). GO HERE TO ENTER ITEMS.

• Items must be entered by your drop off date & time.  

• Tags MUST be printed on WHITE OR LIGHT COLORED CARD STOCK - Please reprint if your tags print out faintly or are unreadable. This will help the check-out procedure run smoothly and will insure that your sales are calculated correctly.

• Please sort clothing items by gender & size. (Example:  all boys 3-6 mos.). Please rubber band hangers in groups by gender and size.

• If you would like to reduce your items to half on Saturday, remember to choose "yes" at inventory entry. You will make 60% of the half price.

• Please price items in whole or half-dollar amounts.

• A good rule of thumb for pricing is 1/3 of the new price if the item is in excellent condition and 1/4 if it is in good condition.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

• Drop off dates for the FALL 2024 sale are Monday, October 7, & Tuesday, October 8, at 9 Assembly Drive in Cartersville.

• You will sign up for your drop-off time when you register to sell. These appointments are in 30 minute shifts, so you can come any time within that time. Go HERE to register to sell. 

• When you arrive at the church, please grab a shopping cart & place all of your items in it. Stop by the welcome desk to check in, then sit & relax while we check your items.

• Please plan to wait approximately 20 minutes to have your items checked. We pride ourselves in taking only items in excellent condition, so it takes a few minutes to check everything.

PICK UP OF UNSOLD ITEM

• All unsold items must be picked up between 3 & 4 pm on Saturday after the sale closes. The pick up day for the FALL 2024 sale is Saturday, October 12th.

• When you arrive for pickup, your unsold items will be in the church on the floor under your seller number. You can take everything home with you, & leave the tags on them to transfer to the next sale. PLEASE NOTE: We will not be taking donations at this sale. If you cannot pick up your unsold items, please arrange for someone to pick them up, and let us know whom that will be.

YOU WILL BE PAID CASH FOR ALL SOLD ITEMS AT TIME OF PICK-UP!!
